Led by Jacob, who has a degree in sports performance and fitness entrepreneurship, and is a certified NASM personal trainer, Jacob’s philosophy centers around full range of motion, and functional movements that lead to achieving results fast and the belief that slower, controlled reps lead to optimal strength and conditioning. Our mission is to help clients from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals in a way that promotes long-term health and mobility.

Our sessions focus on slow, controlled reps that engage every muscle fiber, ensuring optimal performance and helping you achieve big results, whether you're working on strength, flexibility, and or longevity. Jacob stands by the philosophy that “Snail slow reps, the right way of training,” is the key to lasting success in your fitness journey.

Jacob Pacion, the driving force behind Fitness JTP, has a strong foundation in sports performance and fitness entrepreneurship, having earned his degree in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship with a minor in Business. His knowledge of biomechanics and body conditioning allows him to take a smart, methodical approach to training.

With nine bodybuilding competitions under his belt, Jacob brings first-hand experience and insight into the world of competitive fitness. Having interned with Justin Harris, a well-known expert in the fitness community, Jacob’s background combines professional education with practical, real-world application in bodybuilding and fitness.

Jacob is certified by ISSA, and NASM. His professional certifications and hands-on experience make him uniquely qualified to help clients at any level of fitness, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

Located in Troy Michigan, in a personal gym studio focused for 1-on-1 training and group fitness sessions.
